Refund Policy

1. Overview

Anddox Private Limited is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our software development and consulting services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

2. Nature of Our Services

As a service-based company, we invest substantial time, expertise, and resources from the moment a project begins. Unlike physical products, software development involves significant upfront work that cannot be fully recovered once begun. Our refund policy reflects this reality while maintaining fairness to clients.

3. Initial Deposit

The 30% initial deposit required to commence a project is non-refundable once work has begun. This deposit covers project scoping, architecture planning, team allocation, and initial development work undertaken in the first two weeks.

4. Milestone-Based Payments

• Payments made for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
• If a milestone deliverable fails to meet agreed specifications, Anddox will revise it at no additional cost.
• Revisions are limited to two rounds per milestone unless otherwise agreed in the SOW.
• Disputes about milestone acceptance must be raised within 7 business days of delivery.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project before completion, they are liable for all work completed to the cancellation date. Anddox will prepare a final invoice for work done. Any overpayment relative to work completed will be refunded within 14 business days.

6. Project Cancellation by Anddox

If Anddox is unable to complete a project due to reasons within our control, we will refund all payments received for uncompleted work within 14 business days and deliver all work completed to that point in a handover-ready format.

7. Quality Disputes

If you believe deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, please contact your project manager within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, where valid, provide revisions at no cost. Refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with design or creative decisions that met agreed specifications are not applicable.

8. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions that have been delivered are non-refundable. If Anddox cancels a scheduled consulting session with less than 24 hours notice, a full refund or credit will be offered.

9. Refund Process

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. International transfers may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on banking institutions.
